For the most part, this book is helpful. Having said that, there are some errors in the book. I would re-work calculations trying to figure out how I got something wrong only to realize after e-mailing my teaching that it was the book that was incorrect! As you can imagine, this is incredibly frustrating. My teachers ended up sending a letter to the company with the errors in the book, so maybe they'll come out with a new edition? Aside from that, it was helpful.

The perfect solution for not wanting to spend a lot of money on a newer book. This book does have some noticable variations compared to the 7th edition. In the practice areas there are less questions than the newer version, some of the chapters are switched around, and some highlighted areas are colored differently sometimes making it a bit difficult to follow along when a class requires the newer edition.I got this book for $5 (including shipping). It was definitely worth it! It's a great option for anyone who's tired of paying full price for a book and barely getting half of it back at the end of the year.

The variety of topics and solutions offers is invaluable source for anyone dealing with the challenges that come along with managing projects. Whether you are just getting started in "the accidental profession", or you've been doing it for years, there are insights in this collection you won't find anywhere else.

What has impressed me most about this book is David's focus on real-life, practical situations that real project managers face every day. This book would make a great text for a hands-on class in project management, particularly for experienced business people. This is an excellent resource for new and seasoned PM s!

Different perspectives from a variety of project leaders gives readers a look into what some of the brightest minds in project management suggest leads to project success. Well worth the read.

5 stars well deserved for Dark has dropped some bombs on us and opened up huge plotlines/story arcs for the next book. Speaking of fire it's finally starting to catch between Raven and Christian "I'd walk through fire for you~" the slow burn between the two has officially been taken up a notch. Thank the heavens. Raven's character is slowly fleshing out as Christian... well is still cynical as ever, but what do you expect. The banter between the two still one of my most favorite thing of the book, Christian Poe is one salty dog while Raven holds her own. Enjoying seeing more of Gem and Claud in this book without straying off topic and hope we get to continually explored more of them along with chatacters like Victor and Blue in the future.Keystone's next gig is to rescue a baby from being sold on the breed black market and apprehend the person behind the kidnapping.... at the same we get a closer look at Shepard and oh snap, be prepared for feels, ALL the feels.Things come full circle while other events just begin.We meet papa Black and his badass chapter does not disappoint. REALLY hope Raven's path crosses with her ol' bulldog of a father, he brings some surprises to the table and of course questions.Will not spoil but just be prepared for the rug to be swept from under you. This book has a lot of heart while at the same time delivers action and suspense. A LOT of juicy questions remain in the air while something wicked this way comes. Dannika Dark has upped her game, clever writing that's all about the end game, lady destiny, and things coming to full circle, bless her heart. So cheers to the 4th book and the hope it comes out before 2018.

But it came to the point that I couldn’t stop reading, even if I had tried. So I found myself at 6 am this morning finishing the book and now I can hardly wait for the next one. Why? Because this author can write like nobody’s business and tell a story guaranteed to keep you reading like I did until the wee hours of the morning.Dark’s characters are all fully realized to the point that you feel you know them by the end of all of her series. With each book, she peels back the many layers of the characters to add more information, until each character feels like an old friend. In this third installment of the Crossbreed series, Raven has settled into her new life with the members of Keystone, the highly secret organization that takes care of Breed problems that the Breed higher ups call on them to take care of. The members live together in a castle type house on the outskirts of Cognito, otherwise known as the place to be if you are Breed. Breed members are all supernatural and humans know little to zero about them. And it’s part of Keystone’s job to keep it that way, case by case. Christian, formerly of Dark’s Mageri series, is Raven’s partner. While Raven is a crossbreed,(something very rare)and is half vampire and half mage, Christian is all vampire. While Raven hates the vampire part of herself, Christian wants her to embrace it. We learn a lot more about Raven’s life before Keystone and it was interesting, to say the least. All of the rest of the characters from Keystone are back and we do learn more about most of them. In particular, we learn Shepherd’s past and what’s still going on in his present. It’s not pretty. He’s the Sensor of the group and is scarred, both in his mind and body.Each of the books in this series feature a paranormal mystery. This time around, someone in the Breed world is stealing breed babies and auctioning them off to the highest bidder. We are along for the ride as the members of the team start investigating after finding a young mother dead and the baby gone. The case takes them into the bowels of the Breed world, and places that Raven, even though she had been homeless up until recently, hadn’t even realized existed. Pretty fascinating stuff.Romance? Raven is starting to admit to herself that she has feelings for Christian. And in this installment, we finally see how vulnerable Christian can actually be-something I never thought we would see. But I am all for it. However, members of Keystone are not allowed relationships with each other. I will say that if you like a really slow burn romance, this is a series for you!Paranormal mystery, slow burn romance, wonderfully realized characters, humor, and plenty of action and violence, made for a sometimes fun, but also a dark and twisted tale. The snarky banter between Raven and Christian was close to being the best part of the book for me, second only to the romantic moments. The hunt for the kidnapper/murderer will keep you turning pages and the twist, I sure didn’t see coming.Highly recommended to adult Urban Fantasy and Paranormal Romance readers. Amazing read!

This series keeps getting better and better. Dannika Dark to me is an author unlike any other. I finished this in one go. It wasn't really a choice. It called for me to. If you like anything ny Dannika you won't be disappointed. If you have never read a book by her i urge you to start with the Mageri series amd save money. LolNow about the story. It picks up a little after the last mission and a new one falls in their laps by chance. This book is about coming to terms with the past, how the past can haunt you and how one action no matter how small can forever change the future.So many intricacies i don't know where to start. I think that its kinda funny that Logan ised to call Silver little raven of I'm not mistaken and here Christian is taken in by a Raven's claws. We finally have a direction as to their relationship with each other and the cast fully becomes a team. You learn little bits abt everyone but the two surprise pieces at the end will have you sad because it will be months before we get more in theis world.Sheppard's story absolutely breaks my heart and i pray there is some sort of happy ending. I love this world and this series has to be my fave and that's saying a lot as I thought nothing would beat my love for Silver. You must pick this up!!
