I am really enjoying this book. I do find the borders rather strange, but oh well, artistic license I guess! Re: the review about the digital feel and blurred print- I mildly disagree, but I do see how the borders can make the pictures feel rather mechanical. I don't think the printing is blurred. The pictures have enough detail to inspire, yet enough left open to challenge. I like the variety of flowers. Would be nice to add in some reference to type of flowers pictured, but this is typical of most coloring books.
Really liked this coloring book . Various levels of difficulty. Well done. Blank on back of page which I prefer.
I should have read the reviews, but I saw the artwork and was "oh wow I want to color those!" Little did I know when I actually began to go through the pages, did I notice the quality of the paper. The paper is quite thin, slightly below average then regular printer paper. But I thought to give it a shot and colored the first page with pencils. The paper quality was so bad that it didn't take the pigments of the colored pencils well. It also left the colors with a grainy finish. Definitely won't buy from this publisher again.
I feel like this book is really digitized, if that makes sense. The line quality is horrible, it's very dot-like. They aren't solid at all, just really jagged and fuzzy. I'm not a fan. I did however think that the borders on the pages were nice, not many coloring books make borders, so that saved the book really.
Love this gorgeous coloring book. Flowers are fantastic,quality paper. I would buy again, as a gift.
I love to color in this book. With the soft lead pencils it is easy to blend.
